Over the past 20 years Software Engineering Services, Inc. (SESI) has served businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in developing, maintaining, & fixing their digital environments that truly are as unique as the people that use them. Working with this diversity allows us to use our “bed rock” of IT Knowledge and Experience to then apply it to our customers needs. These needs have branched into the 4 areas of our company:

Learn More about where we began and how we got here today.
As a Family Owned & Operated Small Business we are built on the community we live in. Kevin Jackson started SESI wanting to provide his friends, family and colleagues with reliable, accurate & affordable professional IT solutions. Then in 1998 our first subcontract at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station providing System Administration for the Navy’s time keeping system and later Help Desk for Naval Ordnance Information System officially began the business. This in addition to businesses and individuals using our services, his daughter Stephanie Jackson came on board for part-time support that quickly turned into full-time support. When Amanda Jackson, his second daughter, was hired on things were in full swing and we added website and hosting services in 2004.
As with most small businesses after 2008, our growth contracted and in January 2012 we switched our focus solely to commercial business and individual needs. As with all sudden shifts you sink or swim. SESI evolved and found a niche in the local community that would sustain our business, family and employees.
Our customers don’t need to figure out how to update their website, or figure out why their computer is slow or call internet provider to find out why their email isn’t working or install a wireless router in their home. We provide services at reasonable rates, real time frames, and with custom options that fit you. You have your specialty and we have ours, let us meet your IT needs.
